We'd also like to use cookies for analytics and for advertising (Google, Meta and LinkedIn) — but only once you've told us that's OK. You'll see a cookie banner when you first visit, where you can accept or reject each category, and you can change your mind at any time.
This policy applies the same standard to all visitors, whether you're in the UK or the EU/EEA.

2. What are cookies and similar technologies
2.1 Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, work more efficiently, and to provide information to the website owner.
2.2 We also use similar technologies that work in a comparable way, including tracking pixels (small transparent images that record when a page or email is viewed), software development kits (SDKs) embedded in the Platform, and local storage (data saved in your browser). References to 'cookies' in this policy include these similar technologies unless we say otherwise.
3. The law that applies, and our approach
3.1 In the UK, the use of cookies is governed by the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003, as amended (PECR), which sits alongside the UK GDPR and is enforced by the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
3.2 In the EU/EEA, the use of cookies is governed by each Member State's national law implementing the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC, as amended by 2009/136/EC), which sits alongside the EU GDPR and is enforced by the relevant national data protection authority.
3.3 Both regimes work in substantially the same way: cookies that are strictly necessary to provide a service you have asked for do not require your consent, but any other cookie — including for analytics, functionality, or advertising — requires your prior, informed, specific and freely given consent before it is set. We apply this same standard to every visitor to the Platform, wherever you are located, so that our approach meets or exceeds both regimes rather than trying to distinguish between visitors.
4. Categories of cookies we use
4.1 Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are essential for the Platform to work, for example to keep your session and any Order secure, to remember your cookie preferences, and to prevent fraud during payment. Because they are strictly necessary, they do not require your consent, although you can block them through your browser settings at the risk of the Platform not working properly.

4.2 Functional / preference cookies
We do not currently preference cookies, and if we were to add them to our Platform we will request your consent beforehand.
4.3 Analytics and performance cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors use the Platform (for example, which pages are visited and for how long), so we can improve it. They require your consent.

4.4 Marketing and advertising cookies
These cookies are used by us and our advertising partners to show you relevant ads on and off the Platform, measure how well our campaigns perform, and, only where you separately consent to this in our cookie settings, to match you to or exclude you from an advertising audience. They require your consent and will not be set until you give it.

4.5 Embedded third-party content
Where we embed content from a third party, such as a YouTube video, that provider may set its own cookies if you interact with it (for example, by pressing play). Wherever possible, we use that provider's privacy-enhanced mode, which does not set cookies unless and until you choose to play the video. Any cookies set in this way are set by the third-party provider, not by us, and are subject to that provider's own cookie and privacy policy.
5. How we obtain your consent
5.1 When you first visit the Platform, you will see a cookie banner that explains the categories of cookies described in clause 4 and lets you accept or reject each non-essential category. Non-essential cookies are not set until you give your consent, and rejecting them is as easy as accepting them.
5.2 You can change your mind and update your cookie preferences at any time using the 'Cookie settings' link in the footer of the Platform.
5.3 We will ask you to reconfirm your cookie preferences from time to time, currently every 12 months, or sooner if we start using a new non-essential cookie or provider not already covered by your consent.
6. Managing cookies through your browser and elsewhere
6.1 Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies through their own settings. Because doing so applies to all websites, not just ours, blocking cookies generally may affect other sites you visit, and blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop the Platform working properly.
6.2 You can also manage or opt out of certain advertising cookies directly through the advertising providers themselves, including:
Google — Google Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com);
Meta — Ad preferences within your Facebook or Instagram account settings;
LinkedIn — Advertising data settings within your LinkedIn account settings; and
industry opt-out tools such as Your Online Choices (youronlinechoices.com) in the EU, or the Digital Advertising Alliance's tool (optout.aboutads.info).
6.3 Our Platform does not currently respond to browser 'Do Not Track' signals; instead, we rely on the consent choices you make through our cookie banner as described in clause 5.
7. Changes to this policy
7.1 We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, for example if we start using a new cookie or provider, or to reflect a change in the law. We will post the updated version on the Platform and update the effective date at the top of this document.
